Description:

Freckles and Constellations is a point and click game where you play as Freckle, a little girl who is whisked away to a journey among the stars in order to search for her long lost mother. Traverse to different planets and stars to find clues and map pieces that her mother has left her, which will reveal the true meaning of a mother's connection. Paired with the amulet that her mother has left her, solve different environmental puzzles to gain star power in order to fuel the amulet to travel the constellations and beyond.

History:

Freckles and Constellations is a game produced by Aurora Productions. The game was originally conceived as a University Capstone project where it is developed by a team of final year University students from Swinburne University of Technology. Development commenced at the start of 2019 and aims to be shown at PAX Australia in October 2019. 

Features:

Environmental Puzzles: Solve progressive environment puzzles in order to unlock the story and the world around you. Solving these puzzles requires lateral thinking and active perception of the elements within the space, leading to an engaging and entertaining experience. 

Immersive Storytelling:  Follow Freckle on her journey through space as she learns about the meaning of loss and joy. This is her coming of age story, and it is up to you to guide her through this important step of growing up.

Fun Voxel Art Style: The voxel art highlights the viewpoint of Freckles and creates a unique visual experience for the player.
